Membership Application

The Association offers two membership categories:
(1) Lifetime membership and
(2) Annual Membership. 

Lifetime memberships are payable as 1 payment of $160 or as 4 installment payments of $40 each. Annual memberships are $15. Dues are not prorated and are due on 1 January.

To become a member simply complete the form below and click the “SUBMIT” button. You will be taken to our secure PayPal page for payment processing. You may also click here to print our membership application. The mailing address will be printed on the membership application.
